I thought I'd better write something here.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Last month's solo effort has beefed up the constitution of the sub-24 gods. The next one will be bigger and better, I can feel it in my waters.
Friday 5th August, Bemböle 17:30; heading in a general north-westerly Espoo foresty kind of direction. Unless someone has a better idea about where and when.
I shall miss the loneliness...
We could also try some areas in Sipoonkorpi, recently promoted National Park. Kuusijärvi in Vantaa could be a good meeting point. I've never been there myself (only in Kuusijärvi) but I've been interested to see what kind of facilites and nature areas this place offers.

ReplyDeleteNice suggestion Florian. My only concern is the distance involved. Your meeting point alone is a good 20 km away from most areas of Helsinki and Espoo. In the spirit of inclusion, and because we think a few of us will want to come to this August edition, I think we should stick to a closer location in order not to discourage anybody.
However I've been thinking about the idea of a "Sub-24 Grand Format" for a while now. I think maybe the September edition could be a good time for that.
